- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Prüfplänen für Einzelteile und Baugruppen
- Durchführung der Wareneingangsprüfung von Rohmaterialien, Zukaufteilen und externen Leistungen
- Durchführung der Warenausgangsprüfung zur Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen
- Serienbegleitende Prüfungen während der laufenden Produktion
- Bedienung der Koordinatenmessmaschine (KMG) inklusive Auswertung und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
- Analyse von Messergebnissen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden in qualitätsrelevanten Themen, Prüfmethoden und Prüfmitteln
- Verantwortung der Prüfmittelverwaltung
- Pflege, Ablage und Verwaltung wichtiger Produktions- und Qualitätsdokumente (z. B. Prüfprotokolle, Arbeitsanweisungen, Zeichnungen)

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung (Automotive)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Koordinatenmessmaschinen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und im Umgang mit Toleranzen (Eingriffsgrenzen SPC-Merkmale, Cpk, MSA usw.)
- Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden und Dokumentationsanforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
