- Verantwortlich für die operativen Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft der Buchhaltung mit Unterstützung durch den stellvertretenden Fachgebietsleiter und die Teamleitungen Kreditoren-, Debitoren- sowie Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß dem etablierten Berichtswesen
- Verantwortlich für die fristgerechte Erstellung der nationalen und internationalen (steuerliche Registrierungen im Ausland) Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen in Abstimmung mit dem Fachverantwortlichen Steuern
- Steuerung des kurzfristigen Cashflows auf Basis der Liquiditätsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen
- Steuerung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in der Buchhaltung (derzeit 9), inklusive Kapazitätsplanung und Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen mit Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für das Team der Buchhaltung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch mit der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen, der kaufmännischen Leitung sowie der Fachgebietsleitung Controlling
- Koordination der SAP Key-User für SAP-FI

Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Kenntnisse nach IAS/IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Teams
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem ERP-System, idealerweise Kenntnisse mit SAP S/4HANA
