- Wahrnehmung und operative Umsetzung der lokalen Steuerfunktion auf Gesellschaftsebene
- Verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung der jährlichen Steuererklärungen (KSt, GewSt, USt) sowie Überwachung der entsprechenden Vorauszahlungen
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten nationalen und internationalen (steuerliche Registrierungen im Ausland) Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Verantwortlich für weitere steuerliche Sachverhalte (z.B. Quellensteuern)
- Überwachung und Steuerung des sonstigen behördlichen und statistischen Meldewesens (u. a. Z4-Meldungen, Intrastat-Meldungen, Meldungen an das Statistische Bundesamt)
- Ansprechpartner für Betriebsprüfer in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen und der Fachgebietsleitung Buchhaltung
- Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für externe Steuerberater und Behörden
- Ansprechpartner für steuerliche/zollrechtliche Themen im Unternehmen (umsatzsteuerfreie Lieferungen)
- Verantwortlich für das Konzern-Tax-Reporting (Impero)
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung eines Tax-IKS inklusive Risikokontrollmatrix im Bereich Steuern
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Umsetzung steuerlicher Richtlinien und Prozessdokumentationen (Richtlinienmanagement)

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt, ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei, im steuerlichen Umfeld eines Unternehmens oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Kenntnisse im Bereich internationaler Besteuerung bzw. Erfahrung mit ausländischen Steuerregelungen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
