- Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen aus steuerlicher Sicht
- Steuerliche Unterstützung der Buchhaltung und sowie weiterer anderen Fachabteilungen bei steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten nationalen und internationalen (steuerliche Registrierungen im Ausland) Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Überwachung und Steuerung des sonstigen behördlichen und statistischen Meldewesens (u. a. Z4-Meldungen, Intrastat-Meldungen, Meldungen an das Statistische Bundesamt)
- Vorbereitung der jährlichen Steuererklärungen (KSt, GewSt, USt) sowie Überwachung der entsprechenden Vorauszahlungen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Steuerberatern sowie Behörden
- Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen, sowie Funktion als Ansprechpartner für Betriebsprüfer in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen und der Fachgebietsleitung Buchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung steuerlicher Prozesse und Dokumentationen

Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten, idealerweise ergänzt um die Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei, im steuerlichen Umfeld eines Unternehmens oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse im Bereich internationaler Besteuerung bzw. Erfahrung mit ausländischen Steuerregelungen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
