- Knowledge of Porsche models (desirable)
- Experience in the field of GT3, GT4 or similar
- High level of technical understanding and quality awareness
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Willingness to travel
